- Whoever hosts opens a room and gets a four-character code, a QR code amd a shareable link.
- Everyone else joins from their own phone — or you play it round one speaker.
- A thirty-second clip plays. Everybody types the year they think it came out.
- Closest year scores. An exact answer scores most, and getting there first breaks the tie.
What is actually different
- 2,500+ songs rather than a fixed deck — 1,500+ international and 1,000+ French, from 1960 to 2026, with three difficulty settings and any combination of decades. It does not run out, and the same group can play it every week.
- It keeps almost nothing about you. No account, no ads, no third-party analytics, no cookies, no IP address.The privacy page says exactly what is kept, which is short.
- There is a daily challenge — the same songs for everyone that day, with a leaderboard and a result you can share with friends.
